A client in the healthcare industry approached Exalt Resources with concerns regarding employee leaves, non-returning staff members, and the subsequent actions that were required – including termination. They wanted to hold these employees accountable while remaining compliant with ever-changing state and federal leave laws. But to accomplish this, they needed a partner to guide them through the landscape of leave legalities alongside issues of employee discipline, including termination for no-call, no-show instances, and ongoing tardiness, while avoiding costly lawsuits and heightened employee turnover.
