Senior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities for this position include:
• Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
• Determining proper handling of financial transactions and approving transactions within designated limits.
• Distributing expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules.
• Monitoring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and company procedures.
· Complete month end close, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements
We are looking for someone who:
• 3-5 years related experience
• Has advanced skills in MAS 90, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has a "can do" attitude and welcomes challenges
· Degree preferred but not required

Collections/General Accounting

As a qualified candidate, you will have knowledge of commonly used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures. You will also demonstrate a proven track record in collections and will possess excellent communication skills with a consistent work ethic.
Responsibilities for this position:
• Solicit payments on overdue accounts
• Perform routine general ledger maintenance
• Prepare various accounting/financial reports
• Perform accounts payable as well as accounts receivable functions
• Perform payroll functions, such as calculating timesheets and commissions

Description:
Lavi Industries seeks a home based Regional Sales Executive (RSE) in the Central USA. Our continued growth has been achieved through the determination and talents of our dedicated staff and competitive advantages in the market.
The ideal candidate will be qualified for aggressive sales growth and have experience developing new business and growing existing accounts through the use of a sales process. This individual will also be expected to create value for their prospects and customers in a highly competitive market. The RSE will also be qualified to take on additional responsibility in the future. Reports directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop New Business through the use of a CRM
• Grow Existing Accounts with new products and services
• Develop the following markets in the territory: Entertainment, Government, Hardware, Hospitality, Store Fixtures, Metal/Glass and Transportation
• Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan tailored to each market segment
• Exceed sales quota focusing on new business and growth in existing customers
• Represent company at tradeshows and perform all follow up functions
• Recognize customer requirements and new opportunities for future products and services
• Travel in territory as required
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years sales experience primarily in new business development throughout a large geographic territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven and documented track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts by exceeding quota.
• Outstanding communications and negotiating skills.
• High energy and strong work ethic.
